The Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency (OREDA) Limited has released a recruitment for Thirty Five posts of Technicians, Three posts of Junior Assistant and Eight Assistant Director (Technical) posts (Group-B), both under Group-C category. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from 01.08.2025 to 30.08.2025. The Computer Based Test (CBT) is tentatively scheduled for 12.10.2025. Selected candidates will be posted across different offices of OREDA in Odisha

Technician

Stage	Description
1. Computer-Based Test (CBT)	– 100 MCQs

• 60% Subject Knowledge
• 40% from English, Odia, GK, Maths & Reasoning
• Duration: 2 hours
• No negative marking

Junior Assistant

Stage	Description
Computer-Based Test (CBT)	– 100 MCQs

• English: 20%
• Odia: 20%
• GK: 30%
• Maths & Reasoning: 30%
• Duration: 2 hours

Assistant Director

Stage	Details
1. Computer Based Test (CBT)	– 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)  – Duration: 2 hours – No negative marking – Weightage: 80% in final merit
2. Personal Interview	– Conducted in 1:3 ratio (category-wise, based on CBT marks)  – Weightage: 20% in final merit
