• Management Trainee (Business Development): First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or 5-year integrated course) and a two-year MBA with specialization in Marketing/International Business from a recognized university or institution.
• Management Trainee (Public Relations): First Class Bachelor’s Degree and a two-year Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Public Relations/Journalism/Journalism & Mass Communication from a recognized university or institution.

The selection process for Management Trainees includes a Computer Based Online Test followed by an Interview. The exam pattern for the online test is as follows:

• Part-I: Consists of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) on **Discipline Knowledge/Professional Knowledge** (100 marks) 
• Part-II: Consists of 50 MCQs on General Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness, and English (50 marks) Duration – 2 Hours
