The applicants will be shortlisted for engagement on the basis of a system generated merit list.

• Document Verification 

1. Valid Email ID and Mobile Number

2. 10th  Pass Marksheet and Certificate.

3.  Scanned Copy of one recent Passport size color Photograph in JPG Format.

4. Scanned Copy of Handwritten Signature in JPG Format

5. Recent Cast Certificate (SEBC / OBC / SC / ST)

6. One ID Proof (Aadhar Card / Driving License / Voter ID)

• The Canidate will have to first register himself/herself on at the link https://indiapostgdsonline.gov.in details to obtain the Registration Number
• He have to register himself by using Mobile Number (to be verified through OTP) 
• He have to register himself by using valid email address (to be verified through OTP) 
• he has to fill up the Information about the Board, and Year of Passing the  Matriculation (10th) Examination
• He needs to upload the scan copy of recent color passphoto in jpg format of size less than 50 kb
• He needs to upload the scan copy of  signature in jpg format of size less than 20 kb
•   Application fee Rs. 100/- need to pay through online for the candidate belongs to UR/OBC/EWS
• Candidates needs to select the district from the selected state  while applying online.
