Selection Process:
- Shortlisting of Candidates –Based on qualifications, experience, and overall suitability.
- Personal Interview (PI) / Other Selection Method –Only shortlisted candidates will be called.
- Eligibility to Selection –Applying/being eligible does not guarantee selection.
- Qualifying Marks – Decided by IBA for the Interview/selection procedure.
- Final Merit List – Candidates must qualify in all stages; higher marks = higher rank.
- Tie-Breaking Rule – If two candidates score equal, the older candidate will be placed higher.
- Communication – Shortlisted candidates will be informed by E-mail only.
- IBA’s Discretion – IBA may cancel/modify criteria, selection process, or number of candidates shortlisted.
- Final Appointment – Based on merit and subject to medical fitness, service rules, and document verification.
