Indian Overseas Bank Apprentice Trainee Recruitment 2025 :  Educational Qualification Details as on 01.03.2025

Apprentice Trainee

• Candidates must completed a Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a University / Institution recognized by the Government of India or its Regulatory bodies.

• Candidates registered under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) must have their Graduation result declared between 01.04.2021 and 01.03.2025.

Candidates should meet the following Age Limit 

Minimum Age of the Candidate: 20 Years
Maximum Age of the Candidate: 28 Years

Age Relaxation as per govt guidelines

OBC  (Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 Years
SC/ST – 5 Years
PWD – 10 Years

• General/Financial Awareness – Current Affairs (Banking & Economy), Financial Terms & Abbreviations, RBI Policies, Banking History & Reforms

• General English –  Grammar (Articles, Prepositions, Tenses), Vocabulary (Synonyms, Antonyms) ,  Reading Comprehension, Error Detection

• Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude –  Number Series, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Coding-Decoding

• Computer Knowledge –  MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Networking Basics, Internet & Email.

(i) Online Examination / Test:

• General/Financial Awareness – 25 Questions (25 Marks)

• General English – 25 Questions (25 Marks)

• Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude – 25 Questions (25 Marks)

• Computer Knowledge – 25 Questions (25 Marks)

ii) Language Proficiency Test (LPT)

The candidate must have Proficiency (reading, writing and speaking) in the Local Language of the State applied for. Candidates shortlisted in the Online Examination will be required to qualify Language Proficiency test, failing which they will not be allowed to appear for Personal Interview and thus their candidature will not be considered for further selection process. However, candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard marksheet/certificate evidencing having studied the specified local language of the applied State as one of the subjects will not be required to undergo the languge proficiency test.

iii) Medical Examination.

1. Valid Email ID and Mobile Number

2. 10th/ 12th/+3 Pass Marksheet and Certificate.

4.  Scanned Copy of one recent Passport size color Photograph in JPG Format.

5. Scanned Copy of Handwritten Signature in JPG Format

• Click on the “Student Register/Login” section for those registered on NATS portal will have to to  https://nats.education.gov.in/student_type.php and login into the portal using their user id and password.
• Document Upload: Upload necessary documents like Aadhaar Card, Graduation Certificate, Mark Sheets, Photograph, and Signature.
• Fee Payment: Pay the application fee online.
