NTPC Executive (Finance Recruitment 2025 :  Educational Qualification Details

Executive (Finance CA/CMA – Inter)

• The Candidates must have completed Graduation from a recognized university / Institute and
• CA / CMA /Inter 
• 2 Years post qualification experience is required

Executive (Finance CA/CMA – B)

• The Candidates must have completed Graduation from a recognized university / Institute and fully qualified CA / CMA  
• 2 Years post qualification experience is required

Executive (Finance CA/CMA – A)

• The Candidates must have completed Graduation from a recognized university / Institute and fully qualified CA / CMA  
• 5 Years post qualification experience is required

Candidates should meet the following Age Limit 

Executive (Finance CA/CMA – Inter)
Minimum Age of the Candidate: 21 Years
Maximum Age of the Candidate: 30 Years

Executive (Finance CA/CMA – B)
Minimum Age of the Candidate: 21 Years
Maximum Age of the Candidate: 35 Years

Executive (Finance CA/CMA – A)
Minimum Age of the Candidate: 21 Years
Maximum Age of the Candidate: 40 Years

Age relaxation as per govt guidelines

NTPC Executive (Finance Recruitment 2025 : Important Documents

1. Valid Email ID and Mobile Number

2. 10th/ 12th/+3 Pass Marksheet and Certificate.

3. Experience Certificate 

4.  Scanned Copy of one recent Passport size color Photograph in JPG Format.

5. Scanned Copy of Handwritten Signature in JPG Format

5. Recent Cast Certificate (SEBC / OBC / SC / ST)

6. One ID Proof (Aadhar Card / Driving License / Voter ID)

NTPC Executive (Finance Recruitment 2025 : How to Apply

• First visit the official website careers.ntpc.co.in or ntpc.co.in
• Next click on ” Recruitment of Executive (finance) at Advt No. 05/25 Last date of application is 19.03.2025 ” 
• Next click on the “Apply” button
• then candidates have to fill out all of the information requested in the application form.
• Then upload the necessary documents, photo and signature. 
• Then submitted the application form after completion. 

How to Upload Documents

All the candidates have to upload the following documents while applying

i. Class X passing certificate /Marksheet for Name and DOB proof
ii. Aadhar Card and PAN Card
iii. Details of engineering degree – Consolidated Marksheet/ Transcript/ all semester marksheets/ Degree clearly indicating aggregate % of marks in all semesters
iv. Marks conversion formula from the university/Institute for conversion of marks in CPGA/CGPI/DGPA/CGI/CPI etc. into percentage (%)
v. Safety Diploma- (Final/Provisional certificate), Final year or Consolidated Marksheet/Transcript clearly indicating aggregate % of marks in all semesters.
vi. Caste certificate (For SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates) as applicable
vii. OBC-NCL certificate should be in central format for the current financial year (FY 2024-25)
viii. EWS candidates need to submit current year Income & Asset certificate in the prescribed format i.e. the certificate should be valid for FY 2024-25 based on the income of FY 2023-24
