Educational Qualification
- Management Trainee Civil
- Candidates must have a degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60 percent marks from a recognized university or institution in regular mode. Candidates who passed Section A and B of IE India in Civil Engineering with minimum 50 percent marks are also eligible. For SC and ST candidates the minimum marks required are 50 percent.
- Management Trainee Law
- Candidates must have a law degree from a recognized institution.
- Junior Management Trainee Civil
- Candidates must have a diploma in Civil Engineering in regular mode with at least 60 percent marks. For SC and ST candidates the minimum marks required are 50 percent.
- Office Assistant Grade III Trainee
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with minimum 60 percent marks. For SC, ST and PwBD candidates the minimum required marks are 50 percent.
Additional requirements include the ability to read and write Odia and working knowledge of computer applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
