SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process for the Block Coordinator position consists of screening followed by a personal interview.
Stage 1: Preliminary Screening
A preliminary screening will be conducted at the time of the Walk in Interview.The candidate’s resume and certificates will be assessed against the Minimum Eligibility Criteria outlined in the Terms of Reference.Candidates who satisfy the Minimum Eligibility Criteria will be allowed to appear before the personal interview panel.
Stage 2: Scrutiny of Academic Career and Experience
Candidates who satisfy the first stage of scrutiny will move to the second stage.At this stage, the candidate’s academic career and relevant experience will be assessed for 70 marks according to the guidelines issued by the Government.A candidate needs to obtain at least 50 marks at this stage to proceed to the personal interview.
Stage 3: Personal Interview
Candidates who qualify the second stage with the required minimum marks will be called for the Personal Interview.The personal interview carries 30 marks.For final selection, the marks obtained in the second stage and third stage will be taken together.
