Educational Qualification
Production Manager
Candidates applying for the Production Manager position must have a B.Tech, BE or equivalent qualification obtained through a full time regular course from an institution, college, university or deemed university recognized by AICTE or UGC.
The degree must be in Chemical Engineering and the candidate must have secured a minimum of 60 percent marks.
The candidate must have at least 10 years of post qualification work experience in companies having Poly Butadiene Rubber units.
This must include at least 5 years of experience producing Polybutadiene Rubber in units using PBR production technology in India or abroad.
Senior Production Manager
For the Senior Production Manager post, candidates must also have a B.Tech, BE or equivalent qualification obtained through a full time regular course from an AICTE or UGC recognized institution, college, university or deemed university.
The degree must be in Chemical Engineering, with a minimum of 60 percent marks.
The Senior Production Manager position requires at least 14 years of post qualification work experience in companies having PBR units.
At least 7 years of this experience must involve production of Polybutadiene Rubber in units using PBR production technology in India or abroad.
Senior Manager, PBR Marketing
For Senior Manager, PBR Marketing, candidates can qualify through either of the following routes:
A B.Tech, BE or equivalent qualification obtained through a full time regular course from an institution, college, university or deemed university recognized by AICTE or UGC, with at least 60 percent marks.
This position requires at least 14 years of total post qualification work experience, including at least 7 years of relevant experience in rubber marketing or allied products.
Or, a Science Graduate with MBA or equivalent qualification obtained through a full time regular course from an AICTE or UGC recognized institution, college, university or deemed university, with at least 60 percent marks
Age Limit
The age is to be calculated as on 1 July 2026. The notification also specifies the corresponding minimum work experience as on 30 June 2026.
