Candidates should have passed the Inter level examination of CA or CMA. The internship is related to the Finance and Accounts field.

NPCIL CA CMA Intern Recruitment 2026 Salary and Stipend

NPCIL will provide a monthly stipend rather than a regular employee salary. The monthly stipend is ₹20,000.

In addition, if accommodation is not available at the concerned NPCIL unit or headquarters, the trainee will receive an additional ₹5,000 per month in lieu of accommodation.

NPCIL CA CMA Intern Recruitment 2026 Training Period and Working Hours

The training period is initially 12 months. The notification allows extension for a further period of up to 12 months depending on institute requirements and the student’s performance. A completion certificate will be issued after completion of the training period. npcil recruitment

Trainees are entitled to one day of paid leave per month, which means 12 days of paid leave for a one year training period. The working hours are 8 hours per day, including a one hour lunch break, for 5 days a week.

NPCIL CA CMA Intern Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The selection process has two main stages.

Stage 1: Screening

• Applications will first be screened based on the aggregate marks obtained in the Inter CA or Inter CMA examination.
• The candidates will be shortlisted for the personal interview in a 1:5 ratio based on their aggregate marks in the Inter CA or Inter CMA examination. npcil recruitment

Stage 2: Personal Interview

• The interview will be conducted through virtual mode. Candidates will be informed about the interview through their registered email and through the NPCIL website.
• Candidates who are shortlisted will be called for a personal interview.
• The final selection will be based on the personal interview, subject to fulfilment of the required eligibility conditions and applicable Government of India reservation guidelines. npcil recruitment
