EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

- The candidate should have a BA or B.Sc. degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in hostel management is mentioned in the remarks section.

Chowkidar cum Sweeper

Head Cook
- Candidates having cooking experience can apply.
- Higher qualification is not a bar for this post.
- Candidates should be well conversant with the use of LPG.
- Preference will be given to local candidates where the hostel is located.
- If suitable candidates are not available in the locality, other blocks will be considered as a unit.
Assistant Cook
Preference will be given to local candidates where the hostel is located.
- Candidates having cooking experience can apply.
- Higher qualification is not a bar.

SALARY
The selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly remuneration according to the post they hold.

DURATION OF ENGAGEMENT
- The engagement is for a period of one year.
- The guidelines state that after the expiry of the one year engagement period, fresh engagement will be made with a gap of at least one working day, based on the satisfactory performance of the employee.
- This means that continuation after the initial engagement period is linked to satisfactory performance and a fresh engagement process.
SELECTION PROCESS
