Salary Details

| Assistant Engineer (AE) and Assistant Administrative Officers (AAO) Specialists | Basic Pay: ₹88,635/- per month (on a scale up to ₹1,69,025/-). Total Emoluments: Approximately ₹1,26,000/- per month in an A-Class city including HRA, CCA, and allowances. |

- SC/ST/PwBD candidates: ₹85 + GST + transaction charges (intimation charges only)
- All other candidates: ₹700 + GST + transaction charges (application fee + intimation charges)
Educational Qualification

| Assistant Administrative Officers (AAO) Specialists | AAO (Chartered Accountant): Bachelor’s degree plus membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. AAO (Company Secretary): Bachelor’s degree with membership of ICSI. AAO (Actuarial): Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 passed papers from the Institute of Actuaries of India/UK. AAO (Insurance Specialist): Bachelor’s degree with professional Life Insurance qualification (Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India) and minimum 5 years’ experience in IRDAI-regulated insurance companies. AAO (Legal): Bachelor’s degree in Law with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD) and at least 2 years of post-enrollment practice or service as a Law Officer. |

Exam Pattern
The recruitment involves three stages:
- Preliminary Exam – Objective test with Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Language. English is qualifying only.
- Main Exam – Objective and descriptive tests, with focus on professional knowledge and communication skills.
- Interview – Only those who clear the mains will be called for interview.
