EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Warden
- The Warden must have a B.A. or B.Sc. degree from a recognised university and at least two years of hostel management experience.
- Only male candidates can apply.
- Preference will be given to local candidates, preferably from the block area. If local candidates are not available, candidates from an adjacent block of Mayurbhanj district may be considered.
- Retired teachers may also apply if they are willing and physically and mentally sound within the specified age condition.
- The Warden must be able to stay in the hostel 24×7.
Chowkidar cum Sweeper
- The candidate must have passed HSC from a recognised board.
- The age should be between 21 and 30 years as on the date of advertisement.
- Only male candidates can apply. Preference will be given to local candidates, preferably from the block area. If local candidates are not available, candidates from an adjacent block of Mayurbhanj district may be considered.
Head Cook
- The age should be between 30 and 40 years as on the date of advertisement.
- Only male candidates can apply.
- The candidate must be able to stay in the hostel 24×7 and must be conversant with the use of LPG.
- The advertisement also requires the candidate to maintain proper hygiene in dress while cooking and have good cooking habits.
- Preference and due weightage will be given to individuals trained in cookery.
- The candidate should be able to cook different dishes on time while maintaining hygiene and ensuring proper cooking quality.
Assistant Cook
- The age should be between 21 and 32 years as on the date of advertisement.
- Only male candidates can apply.
- The candidate must be able to stay in the hostel 24×7 and should be conversant with LPG use.
- The candidate must maintain proper hygiene in dress while cooking and have good cooking habits.
- Preference and due weightage will be given to individuals trained in cookery.
- The candidate should be able to cook dishes on time while giving due attention to hygiene and cooking qualitypare dishes properly.

SELECTION PROCESS
The advertisement provides a specific Process of Engagement.
Preference will first be given to local candidates. If suitable candidates are not available in that locality, the block will be considered as a unit. If suitable candidates are still not available, candidates from nearby blocks may be selected.
